His strategic vision ensures seamless integration, cost savings for facilities, and expanded healthcare access for individuals nationwide.
Nolan S. Weeks is the Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Field Growth & Operations at HealthCred. With 20 years of experience in Florida Law Enforcement & Corrections, he is a retired Jail Administrator from the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections. Nolan brings firsthand expertise in jail operations, individual healthcare, and cost-saving strategies, ensuring seamless implementation of HealthCred’s solutions. His deep understanding of correctional systems allows him to bridge the gap between facility needs and healthcare access, optimizing efficiency and reducing costs for jails.
Steve Casey serves as Executive Vice President at HealthCred, bringing over 45 years of leadership in public safety and criminal justice. He previously served as Executive Director of the Florida Sheriffs Association for 15 years, Deputy Secretary of the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, and held leadership roles with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, and Florida Lottery. Steve is a lifetime member of both the FBI National Academy and Florida Sheriffs Association, and holds a Master’s in Management from Troy University.
Aaron Behar is the Chief Legal & Operations Officer at HealthCred, overseeing legal affairs, operational strategy, compliance, and contractual agreements. He ensures regulatory adherence, drives operational excellence, safeguards company interests, and provides strategic legal and operational guidance to support HealthCred’s growth.
Christy Rogers is the Director of Professional Services at HealthCred, leading professional services operations including administrative processes, invoicing, and contractor coordination. She drives operational efficiency, ensures compliance, and supports policy management across all service areas. Christy works closely with both internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless day-to-day operations, optimizing performance across HealthCred’s services.
